SHIPPING AND RETURNS

CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Elphia Beauty, giving our customers and amazing experience is our highest priority. We are more than happy to assist you with product purchases, provide you with information about our products and answer any questions you may have.

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and a signature is not required upon delivery. Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

All packages are shipped via Globegistics using our Standard Shipping Method. We are unable to offer 2-Day Priority and Overnight shipping to Canada. There is a $10.00 surcharge for all packages shipping to Canada. This surcharge covers all import duties and taxes, namely GST (Goods and Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

 When shipping within the United States. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

 Packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories may take up to 21 business days for delivery.

BILLING

Order Confirmation Emails

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.

CANCELING / MODIFYING ORDERS

Elphia Beauty’s order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section below.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

To return your elphiabeauty.com purchase by mail, please include the packing slip with your return and ship to the address below. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend you ship via a traceable service to ensure successful delivery:

Please Note: Only items purchased on elphiabeauty.com will be accepted for a return by mail. If your items were purchased in a boutique or authorized retailer, please return it to the location where it was purchased.

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued for the credit amount.

Elphia Beauty Gift Cards are not returnable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
